Hello and welcome. My name is Gary Walker and I am "The Mortgage Magician". I entered the mortgage industry in 2000 and have been learning new tips and tricks ever since. That’s what I love about the business: You never stop learning new and exciting ways to get things done. I had a huge office with a number of employees but I have found that no one can get the job done quite like I can. I have learned that when people deal with a certain company, it’s not the company that matters, it’s more the particular loan officer that you are dealing with directly. There are so many loan officers out there that are new to the business, don’t have much knowledge in the field, or offer terrible customer service. And that’s when I decided to market myself as opposed to a company. Now, instead of having a number of employees as loan officers, I have a team that works together on each deal to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Additionally, because I am more independent as opposed to working under a company’s rules and regulations, I can be much more flexible in the deals that I do. My overhead is very low which allows me to offer loans with no closing costs to those individuals with good credit.
